Email communications
SilkStrand sends only transactional email to users who have explicitly registered and opted in through our product. This includes:
- Account creation and email verification
- Password resets and security notifications
- Scan completion and compliance report notifications
- Agent connectivity and operational alerts
We do not send marketing or promotional mail. Bounces and complaints are automatically processed — hard bounces are permanently suppressed; complaints result in immediate removal.
